There are two Islamic opinions about handjobs that I would like to quote now so that you can understand the rules of handjobs . Pay attention!
قَالَ اِبْنُ حَجَرٍ الْهَيْتَمِي فِيْ تُحْفَةُ الْمُحْتَاج : اِسْتِخْرَاجِ الْمَنِيِّ بِغَيْرِ جِمَاعٍ حَرَامًا كَانَ كَإِخْرَاجٍ بِيَدِهِ أَوْ مُبَاحًا كَإِخْرَاجِهِ بِيَدِ حَلِيْلَتِهِ
Ibn Hajar al-Haitami said in the book “Tuhfatu al-Muhtaj”, “That (masturbation) is to issue semen in a way other than sex. It is not allowed (haram) if it is done with his own hands, but it is permissible (mubah) if it is done with his wife’s hands.”
قال الْمَوَرْدِي فِيْ الْإِقْنَاعِ : لِلزَّوْجِ الْإِسْتِمْتَاعِ بِزَوْجَتِهِ كُلَّ وَقْتٍ عَلَى أَيِّ صِفَةٍ كَانَتْ إِذَا كَانَتْ فِيْ الْقُبُلِ , وَلَهُ الْإِسْتِمْنَاءُ بِيَدِهَا
Al-Mawardi said in the book “al-Iqna”, “A husband may issue his semen with the help of his wife at any time (unless the wife is menstruating) and in any way as long as it is done in his wife’s vagina. He is also allowed to take out his semen with the help of his wife’s hand.”
